Capability-led
Age, time served and occasional good outcomes do not define a level. Demonstrated skill does.
KivaNura Cricket Academy uses a ten-level, badge-based progression system inspired by the discipline of martial arts. Players progress by demonstrating capability — not simply by attending sessions.
Every player starts with an assessment. Coaching then meets the player where they are, with clear development goals and a visible route forward.
Age, time served and occasional good outcomes do not define a level. Demonstrated skill does.
Movement, confidence, decision-making and individuality are developed rather than forced into one rigid style.
We separate effort, decisions and execution from short-term results so players can keep learning through success and failure.
Each badge represents a meaningful stage of development. Level 10 is graduation from structured progression into continuous mastery.
Our current programme focuses on batting and bowling. Fielding and wicketkeeping pathways can follow as the academy develops.
